For Those Who Need a Design Partner with a Deep Understanding of Branding
With experience and passion gained through various branding projects, I am more than just a designer who completes tasks—I strive to be a business partner who offers real value. Understanding the importance of capturing a brand’s identity and story effectively, I work alongside clients to create brands that will be loved and remembered for the long term.

1. Once you apply for a design plan, you will receive the contract and payment link via the email you provided within 48 hours.

2. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an onboarding email containing detailed work processes and a questionnaire.

3. Progress will be regularly shared through email or a project management tool, and video meetings will be provided as needed.

For more detailed information, please refer to the contract. If it is determined that the project cannot proceed due to internal resources or work requirements, you will receive a response as quickly as possible.

· Identity Design: A brand guideline PDF and logo files suitable for both web and print will be provided.
· Other Plans: Design files will be provided in the format requested by the client.
· Due to copyright issues, working files will not be provided.

· Subscription Plan: Unlimited design requests are available depending on the subscription plan (1 request per session or 2 requests per session based on the plan).

· Other Plans: Typically, 1-3 rounds of revisions are available during the contract period. After the project ends, one simple design revision will be offered free of charge within one month. For more ongoing revisions, further discussions can be made, and a customised plan can be created based on prior agreement.

I don't provide non-graphic design services such as professional videography, motion graphics, illustration, character design, font design, 3D modeling, and website back-end development. However, we can discuss the level of creation required, or professional designers in these areas can be engaged by mutual agreement

The ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. However, external resources such as fonts and images will be subject to the copyright regulations of the original creators. For works like illustrations or character designs, which may generate profit through secondary sales, separate agreements regarding copyright usage may be necessary. The copyright for non-selected drafts will remain with the designer, and all deliverables may be used in the designer's portfolio.

· Subscription Plan: The fee is billed monthly, starting from the subscription date. If the subscription is canceled or paused, changes will take effect from the following month, and no refund will be provided for the remaining days of the current month. A full refund is available before the first design draft is shared.

· Other Plans: Services begin after 100% payment is received.
- A full refund is available before the first design draft is shared.
- A 50% refund is available after the first design draft is shared.
- No refunds are available after the second design draft is shared or in cases of delays caused by the client without prior agreement with the contractor.

I directly design or direct the project. Depending on the project, other designers or experts may be involved.

Larger projects are divided into smaller stages and carried out sequentially. For example, in the case of website design, work on the remaining pages will begin after the main page design draft is finalised.

The change will take effect starting the following month, and you can continue to use the service for the remaining days of the month you’ve already paid for. If you wish to restart the service, just send me a message, and I will reactivate it within 48 hours.
